Today, I have updated the site again,
therefore making the site become version 7.0. The site should now be easier,
even though it looks rather similar to version 4, which was hard to use,
more because of it's colour. All of the old pages have been kept, and have
all been listed in the menu to the left of this news area. All pages that
are not in the menu can be found in the site map section, so be sure to
check them out. Therefore, I would say that this version is the best yet. ~

I am happy to welcome our newest
user, Sim Master, to the site. He has his own site, which you can find a
link to in his profile signature in our main forum. Hopefully he will post a
lot in the forum and have a great time! ~ By Administrator. |

For our latest, and first ever
announcement, welcome to The Sims 2 Projects version 7. This section is
where I will add important announcements, not like news, but super important
stuff. There is, as you may have guessed, currently no latest announcement,
but there will be when necessary. As the announcements here are useful for
only their time before expiry, there is no 'view all announcements' section,
though if anyone is willing to ask for it, I shall be willing to introduce
such a scheme in the future. I hope also that everyone likes the colour
scheme of the site. If you don't, you will find that there is a poll in the
forum which is to find out the ideal colour scheme for the site. At the
moment it is blue and grey, though it might change in the future to a more
ideal style. There will also be downloads available on this site soon. At
this time, downloads are unavailable because the downloads forum has a low
upload capacity, so it can be used for project downloads only, until we get
vBulletin purchased and installed. If you have been here before, you will
have noticed that we had a 'team' of creators. We still do of course, but
these are people who decide to join in with the project. However, anyone
else is allowed to contribute to the project just as much if they like, but
I must be informed first so that I can add details to my site log book which
I have hidden under my desk. There will also occasionally be requests for
site and forum moderators, so if you want to be a moderator, be sure to
check here often. We are going to get vBulletin when we get enough money
through our affiliates and donations, but for now we have to use phpBB,
where we cannot add downloads. If you want our downloads to be available to
download, please consider making a small donation to the site. All proceeds
go to the vBulletin forum, and none of it will be used for just spending
money. ~ By Administrator, 11/03/06. |
